Overview

User passes system check but still can't chat within the event.

Possible Resolutions
Have the user check with their IT team to see if they are behind a corporate firewall that prevents chat. Check the Connectivity Troubleshooting Guide to reference specific ports that the IT team can open to alleviate this problem.
System Check Failure Icon Staff Member Listed As Guest
Overview

After logging in, the user is showing up in the space as a guest when they need to appear as staff.

Possible Resolutions
The user needs to be converted from an attendee to a sponsor user. To convert the user, they must first log out of the environment. Show Me (VX)
System Check Failure Icon User Can't See The Presentation
Overview

The user selected the presentation to view, however they do not see the presentation on their computer.

Possible Resolutions
  • Ensure that the presentation has not been minimized on their computer monitor. Have the user view all of their open tabs on the bottom of their computer monitor.
  • Ensure that user has disabled all pop-up blockers on their browser and the presentation can open in a new window.
System Check Failure Icon User Can't Hear The Presentation
Overview

The user can open the presentation window, but cannot hear the presentation audio.

Possible Resolutions
  • Ensure that the user's speakers are turned on and the volume has been increased. Ensure the user's computer speakers are not muted.
  • If applicable, ensure the user has the volume turned up on the presentation window. For STUDIO presentations, the audio control will appear upon hover of the speaker image or video area.
